I used regular pasta since we don't have the quinoa type of pasta that she features. Though this recipe is a bit involved, you can make it quite quick if you're good at multitasking. Specific need: food processor or good blender for the pesto. I am not a fan of balsamic vinegar, though I did include it to see how it tasted~ I think it's fine without if you aren't a fan either!
For a side, we have white bread with olive oil and herbs for dipping.
